YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
As Area Manager Poland, you are responsible for the commercial results within one of our key markets. You manage and develop existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and actively contribute to further strengthening our position in Poland. In this role, you work closely with colleagues from our other departments and act as an important link between our customers and the organization
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing and further developing the Polish customer portfolio
- Actively identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales and market strategies
- Achieving revenue and margin targets
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Visiting our relations in Poland and participating in international trade fairs
- Initiating and executing marketing and sales activities
- Collaborating with internal departments to serve customers optimally
WHO ARE YOU:
You are entrepreneurial, commercially minded and able to turn opportunities into results. You work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. In addition, you possess strong communication skills and bring an energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a proactive and results-driven work mentality. Affinity with technology or the machinery sector is considered a plus.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge and experience
- 25 vacation days and 13 additional leave (ADV) days per year (based on full-time employment)
