In the rare case that a customer is not satisfied with the purchased machine(s) or services, Lisman will always investigate the cause and offer a mutually satisfactory solution.

Our reliable image has led to the fact that more than 95% of the transactions are concluded over phone or by e-mail. Our multicultural staff offers visitors a warm welcome in case they want to visit our premises. Not only by showing the Lisman stock but also providing customers an insight of the Lisman way of work. By phone, e-mail or during a personal visit all customers are treated with great care and are assisted in the best way possible.
To keep our customers up-to-date Lisman periodically sends out a product newsletter, the Lift truck News, to relations and partners all over the world. And more important: we update our website in real time, so that we show our customers availability of ready-for-sale machines in stock.
Lisman Forklifts purchases redundant machinery from OEM’s and large fleet owners, offering a turn-key solution for valuation, followed by direct payments and collection of all volumes of forklift trucks and second hand machinery worldwide. Advantage buying from OEM’s that all sourced machines have a traceable usage and service history. We only sell to resellers and focus on used machines, not competing with our suppliers or customers by directly targeting end-users. In addition, selling spare parts or exploiting rental activities are not our line of work

Next to flexibility, speed is a key value in our proposition towards our customers and suppliers. All business processes are executed at maximum velocity without concessions on quality and accuracy.
By offering a variety of more than 1600 units from three locations in the Netherlands, Lisman carries one of the most differentiated ranges of used machinery in the world. The different categories of used material handling machinery on offer are: forklift trucks, reach trucks, pallet stackers, order pickers, pallet trucks, access equipment, telescopic handlers, container handling equipment, side loaders and industrial tractors. All 1600 machines we have in stock are cleaned, checked and ready to be shipped.
Quality and continuous improvement are key aspects in treating our used machines, products and business processes. All second hand machines are cleaned, technically checked on numerous critical parts and repaired when necessary. Optionally wear and tear parts, like seats, tyres and other attachments, are also replaced.
This allows Lisman to standardise its quality level for all our customers. The fact Lisman stores all units indoors also contributes to quality preservation. Next to the focus on product quality, Lisman also seeks continuous improvement of its business processes, optimising efficiency on a daily basis. Substantial and ongoing investments in Lisman’s ICT environment support this ambition.
Remarketing used forklifts and access equipment is our core-business. When forklifts enter their second or third life, Lisman has a wide network of customers interested in this type of machines. By specialising in selling used machinery in many different markets and by offering its customers the possibility to trade-in machines, Lisman presents itself as the leader in used material handling equipment.
Next to the machine, Lisman can offer additional products and services such as: accessories, attachments, transportation and logistics, (CE) documentation, technical manuals and bank certified payment terms.
