New phase for Lisman Forklifts

Anton and Koen Lisman (second and third generation shareholders of Lisman Forklifts) are proud to announce that they have taken an investment partner on board entering a new phase in its 58-year history. This partner is Intersaction from Blaricum (NL) who has a solid track record in investing in mid-size, international B-to-B family companies, helping to accelerate their growth.
Intersaction will support Lisman with their knowledge and network to increase the international expansion and further digitization. Although Intersaction now has become the major shareholder, the Lisman Family will stay on board in the roles of equity partner and chief executive officer. Anton and Koen will jointly keep 40% of the share capital and Koen will stay end responsible as CEO running the business. In this way the family values and culture will maintain, while we also add further professionalization and more growth power from Intersaction. The best of both worlds!
We are convinced that this step will provide maximum long-term continuity for all stakeholders, such as co-workers, suppliers and customers.
Finally, most likely these stakeholders will notice very little change in day-to-day business but will experience even more ambition for Lisman and a steeper growth path towards the future.
