Your role
As Area Manager for Poland, you will be the key contact for our clients in this important and well-established market. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and use marketing initiatives to achieve your targets. Regular customer visits and attendance at international trade fairs make this a dynamic and internationally oriented role.
You’ll work closely with colleagues from Sales, Administration, Logistics, and Operations. The Sales team consists of 9 native-speaking Area Managers and a Sales Manager.
What we’re looking for
- Native Polish speaker with good command of English (knowledge of Dutch and/of German is an advantage)
- A commercially driven and energetic personality
- A team player who can also work independently and spot opportunities
