In the rare case that a customer is not satisfied with his purchased machine(s) or services, Lisman will always investigate the cause and offer a mutually satisfactory solution.

Customer care

The Lisman image of reliability has led to the fact that more than 90% of the transactions are concluded over the phone or by e-mail. Anyhow, our multicultural staff offers our visitors a warm welcome in case they want to visit our premises, not only by showing the Lisman stock but also providing the customer an insight of the Lisman way of work. By phone, e-mail or during a personal visit: all customers are treated with great care and are assisted as best as possible!

To keep our customers up-to-date, Lisman sends out periodically a product newsletter all over the world. Also, every item on our website is updated regularly, so that the customer can extensively check our available stock in real-time.
